The flat rate for shipping and handling is [specify value of flat rate for shipping and handling] Euro. The shipping flat rate includes the legal value added tax. Since the VAT on the flat rate shipping costs is calculated depending on the goods purchased, it may be reduced if goods are purchased at lower VAT rates (e.g. when books are purchased). This means that the flat-rate shipping costs can only be finally calculated during the ordering process. However, it cannot be increased, but only reduced in your favour.
